What is a Service Data Uploader and how do I use this feature?

Any user with a valid service contract can take advantage of our Service Data Uploader (SDU). 

The Service Data Uploader creates a ZIP file that contains system data that is easy for Wasatch’ 

technical department to inspect. The file can simply be attached to an email or can be uploaded 

directly via FTP.  

An SDU is often asked for by Wasatch’ technical department and allows you to quickly send key

 system configuration and settings. Creating an SDU is simple and can dramatically increase the

 speed and reliability in which your problems can be analysed and solved.
