How to update your printer driver?

To update your driver:

1. Run the Printer & Profile DL Manager. This will be in your Start Menu under All Programs > Production House 12 > Printer & Profile DL Manager (Instead of Production House 12, the folder may be Postershop 12, Thrive 12, etc). You can also start typing Profile after pulling up the start menu to find this program.
   
   
2. Find your printer in the download manager and download any media for it. The Create Printer Install prompt that comes up is asking where to save the file that’s downloading. Save it to your desktop or another location that’s easy to find.
    
3. Once the download has completed, close any running Onyx software and double click on the file that was downloaded, which will launch the printer installer.
   
   
4. Check the box next to your printer model. The text for this printer will turn red, which just indicates that the printer is already installed. Click install.
   
   
5. Select Update Printer and Update Driver and click OK.
   
   
6. Your updated driver will install and Rip-Queue will launch.
   
   
7. To verify that you are on the newest driver, go to Help > About in Rip-queue. Your printers will be listed in the lower right-hand corner and the date your driver was released will be listed next to the printer’s name.
