If using an Epson printer and you have an active Epson CoverPlus Service Contract, you (depending on printer model) may be able to replace the print head yourself allowing for the user to self repair under certain scenarios.
Should a print head fail under warranty, you can order a replacement print head directly from Epson via your Epson PORT account - https://port.epson.com/eeb
